All offers are subject to contract.  Prices quoted are subject to change and prices will be agreed at the time of contract. Any websites provided on a design only basis will become the property and responsibility of the client following receipt of payment. I reserve the right to add a small text and/or graphic link back to this site on one page of all designs. The site design will be deemed to be complete when you agree to publication. The site will be published on completion. I reserve the right to remove the site if payment of fees is not received within 28 days of the invoice date.

If the domain name is registered through me, I will invoice for re-registration payment one month prior to the re-registration date.
Following publication further changes fall within a maintenance contract, or maintenance work carried out on an ad hoc basis. Invoices will be raised on an agreed basis (usually monthly) for any maintenance work carried out.
